Owner Finance Finder started with a simple observation: traditional mortgage underwriting was designed for a workforce that no longer exists. Self-employed buyers, gig workers, recent immigrants, families recovering from a hard year — locked out of homeownership not because they couldn’t pay, but because their paperwork didn’t fit the form.

So we built the operation around the people the system missed.
